    Little Footprints Learning Center is a ministry of Millington Baptist Church in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. We offer a safe, nurturing preschool for 2 ½ to 5 year old children. We strive to provide a quality education in a loving Christian environment and invite you to browse our website to learn more about our program.   • Meet Our Staff

    With education and experience in early childhood care
    • Kathy Dolbier
      Director

      Kathy joined Little Footprints as Director in July, 2016. She is a graduate of the State College of New Jersey with a BS in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and has been a teacher in the New Jersey and Florida Public Schools as well as the Director of KinderC.A.P. Preschool for over twenty years. She is the author of a Christian devotional entitled, One Woman’s Journey, and is the creator of the Christian Alphabet People Program. She is a mother of four grown children and a proud grandmother of ten! It is her passion to touch the next generation for Christ and she is so excited to be a part of the wonderful ministry of Little Footprints!

    • Beth Nash
      Assistant Director

      My name is Beth Nash, mother of two and a Little Footprints teacher since 2016. After spending the last several years teaching the 2 year old class, I am excited to step into the role of Assistant Director. I enjoy working with children, especially at the preschool level, to ensure they have the care and support they need as they begin their educational experience. It is a real joy and very rewarding to watch them grow and develop on a daily basis. Thank you for sharing your precious children with us!

      Lead Teacher - 4 Yr Old Class

      Kate joined Little Footprints in 2003 as a lead teacher. She holds Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and has over 20 years of teaching experience. Her desire is to instill a love of learning in children and tangibly demonstrate God’s love for them.

      Teacher-3 Day Three Year Old Class

      Laura joined Little Footprints in 2009 as a lead teacher. She is a graduate of The University of Florida with a B.S. in Education. With over eight years of teaching experience, Laura has a proven ability to enable each child to flourish within a fun and positive learning environment.

    • Agnes Kugblenu
      Assistant Teacher - 2 Year Old Class

      My name is Agnes Kugblenu. I joined Little Footprints in January 2023. I have a background in Human Ecology (Child Development and Nutrition), Theology, Biblical Studies, as well as Psychology and Counseling. My calling is in the are of children and have been working with children for over three decades now. I am very passionate about my job! Most importantly, I enjoy putting a smile on every child’s face.

      Marge joined Little Footprints in 1995 as an assistant teacher. With a broad background in children’s programs in the nonprofit sector, Marge is committed to helping children grow in every facet of their development.

    • Kelly Davis
      Teacher-2 Day Two Year Old Class | Assistant - 4/5 Year Old Class

      My name is Kelly Davis and I am new to the Little Footprints family. I have my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Kean University and started my masters in education, completing phase 1 of the New Pathways to Teaching program. I’ve been a stay at home mom for the past 12 years to my two boys, ages 9 and 12. Before becoming a mother I was a nanny to two little girls and a substitute teacher, having a long term job in kindergarten. I love working with children and enjoy cultivating the love of learning. My desire is to create a safe, loving and fun learning environment that supports each child’s social and emotional development.

    • Debbie Masin
      Assistant Teacher - 2 Year Old Class

      Debbie joined the teaching staff at Little Footprints January 2023. She graduated from The College of New Jersey and holds a degree in Nursing. For the past 24 years she has worked in the field of child psychology. She has also been a substitute teacher in the public school system and was a youth leader for 11 years. Debbie has one son and two granddaughters she delights in. She loves working with children and introducing them to God’s love.

    • Kristen Galardi
      Teacher - 2 Year Old Class

      Kristen joined Little Footprints as a teacher’s assistant in 2021. She has two children and multiple pets. Kristen has her MMEd from Gordon College in Massachusetts. She has served as a music specialist before raising her daughters. Kristen plays trumpet professionally and enjoys creating music that celebrates the glory of God. She is looking forward to serving out her love for God and passion for teaching with the children at Little Footprints.

    • Enas Elissa
      4 Year Old Assistant - Tue/Thrs

      Enas joined the teaching staff at Little Footprints as teacher’s assistant in November 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance. Enas lives in Millington with her husband and two daughters who graduated from LFLC.

      Enas loves to serve her community. As an active volunteer, she participates in her daughters’ school PTO, and inspires young women as a Girl Scout troop leader. In addition, she serves on her town’s recreation committee. Enas deeply believes that it takes a village to raise a family and brings those values to her children.

      Enas enjoys working with children in a safe, loving, and fun learning environment that supports their social and emotional development.
