    • Kathy Dolbier

      Director

      Kathy joined Little Footprints as Director in July, 2016. She is a graduate of the State College of New Jersey with a BS in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and has been a teacher in the New Jersey and Florida Public Schools as well as the Director of KinderC.A.P. Preschool for over twenty years. She is the author of a Christian devotional entitled, One Woman’s Journey, and is the creator of the Christian Alphabet People Program. She is a mother of four grown children and a proud grandmother of six! It is her passion to touch the next generation for Christ and she is so excited to be a part of the wonderful ministry of Little Footprints!

      Lead Teacher - 4 Yr Old Class

      Kate joined Little Footprints in 2003 as a lead teacher. She holds Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and has over 20 years of teaching experience. Her desire is to instill a love of learning in children and tangibly demonstrate God’s love for them.

      Nancy joined Little Footprints in 1995 as an assistant teacher. She has a wealth of experience teaching and leading children’s classes in the nonprofit sector. An avid reader in her personal time, Nancy is committed to instilling a love of reading and learning into the lives of young children.

      Laura joined Little Footprints in 2009 as a lead teacher. She is a graduate of The University of Florida with a B.S. in Education. With over eight years of teaching experience, Laura has a proven ability to enable each child to flourish within a fun and positive learning environment.

      Assistant Teacher

      Regina Campbell has been serving as an assistant teacher with Little Footprints since 2013. She received her BS in Biology from Cabrini College, and has spent more than 20 years teaching in primary grades at a Christian school. She enjoys incorporating music as a teaching tool in the classroom, as well as sharing her love of literature and reading. It is her desire that each child feel loved and cherished while attending school.

      Assistant Teacher - 4 Yr Old Class

      Marge has rejoined Little Footprints as an assistant in the four year old class.  She has over twenty years experience working with preschoolers, having gained most of that experience at Little Footprints!  She enjoys helping children learn new skills, reading to them and playing games with them.  In her spare time, Marge enjoys reading and visiting historic homes.

      Beth joined Little Footprints in 2016 as a substitute teacher, and will be taking on a lead teacher role beginning in Fall 2017. She is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science. As the mother of two, Beth is very aware how important the early years were to her children and their development. She loves working with children, watching them learn new things and helping to shape developmental learning in these crucial early years.

      Britt joined Little Footprints in 2016 as an Assistant Teacher. She is a graduate of Montana State University and holds a B.S. in Elementary Education. She taught for seven years before deciding to stay home with her children. She moved from Montana to New Jersey with her husband and two daughters in 2010. In 2013, she enrolled her youngest daughter at Little Footprints, where she flourished. After her youngest daughter started kindergarten, Britt decided to start teaching art with the Wee Little Arts program and subbing at Little Footprints. She is committed to providing a loving, positive learning environment for all children. She believes that establishing trust with her students is one of the key elements to good teaching!
